Getting Started: Shop Owner Guide

Welcome to Bloomber! This guide walks you through setting up your shop.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit bloomber.co and click Get Started.
  2. Enter your email and create a password.
  3. Verify your email address (check spam).

Step 2: Set Up Your Shop

  1. Enter your shop name and address.
  2. Upload your logo (500x500px recommended).
  3. Set your business hours.

Step 3: Add Your Services

  1. Click Services in the sidebar.
  2. Add each service with name, duration, and price.
  3. Organize services into categories (optional).

Step 4: Connect Payments

  1. Go to Settings → Payments.
  2. Click Connect with Stripe.
  3. Complete Stripe verification (5-10 minutes).
  4. Once connected, you can accept card payments. Statement shows your shop name, not Bloomber.

Step 5: Invite Your Service Professionals

  1. Go to Team → Invite Professional.
  2. Enter their email address.
  3. Choose their compensation model (commission, rent, or hybrid).
  4. They’ll receive an invitation to join.
  • Your booking page: yourshop.bloomber.app
  • Share on social, Google Business, SMS.
  • Clients can book without downloading an app.
