Connect Google Reviews (Place ID)

Connect your Google Business Profile so Bloomber can send a direct Google review link after appointments.

Why connect​

When your Google reviews are connected, Bloomber can:

  • Send clients a Google review link right after their visit
  • Improve local search visibility over time
  • Track review performance inside Discovery Analytics

Find your Google Place ID​

Bloomber uses your Place ID to build the Google review link. You can find it using the official Google Place ID Finder:

Steps:

  1. Search your business name and address
  2. Click your location
  3. Copy the Place ID

Connect in Bloomber​

  1. Go to Admin -> Integrations -> Google Reviews
  2. Paste your Place ID
  3. Click Connect

If the Place ID is valid, the connection status will show Connected.

What data we access​

Bloomber only stores:

  • Your Place ID
  • Your Google review URL

We do not access:

  • Your Google account
  • Your Google Analytics
  • Your review content or responses

Review request flow​

  1. A client completes an appointment
  2. Bloomber sends a text with your Google review link
  3. The client leaves a review on Google

You can track results in Analytics -> Discovery.

Troubleshooting​

  • Invalid Place ID: Double check the Place ID and try again
  • Connection not showing: Refresh the page or click Disconnect and reconnect
  • No reviews appearing: Google can take a few minutes to publish reviews
