Payments

Why isn’t my Stripe account connected?

  • Complete all Stripe verification steps.
  • Check email for Stripe requests.
  • Generate a new onboarding link in Settings → Payments if expired.

When do I get paid?

  • Payouts are typically daily (2–3 business day delay).
  • Check payout schedule in Stripe Dashboard.
  • Weekends/holidays can delay payouts.

A client’s payment failed. What do I do?

  • Try a different card or update expiry.
  • Complete any 3D Secure prompt.
  • You can accept cash as a backup and mark paid.

Appointments

How do I cancel a client’s appointment?

  • Open the appointment → Cancel Appointment.
  • Choose whether to refund or keep deposit (per policy).

A client didn’t show up. What now?

  • Open appointment → Mark as No-Show.
  • Deposit/no-show fee is processed automatically if set.

How do I block time off?

  • Go to your calendar.
  • Click/drag to create a block.
  • Select “Personal Time” or “Break”.

How do I reset my password?

  • Click Forgot Password on login page.
  • Check your email for reset link (expires in ~1 hour).

How do I update my bank account?

  • Go to Settings → Payments.
  • Click Update Payment Details; this opens Stripe to edit bank info.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Go to Settings → Subscription.
  • Click Cancel Subscription; account remains active until period end.
