Payments
Why isn’t my Stripe account connected?
- Complete all Stripe verification steps.
- Check email for Stripe requests.
- Generate a new onboarding link in Settings → Payments if expired.
When do I get paid?
- Payouts are typically daily (2–3 business day delay).
- Check payout schedule in Stripe Dashboard.
- Weekends/holidays can delay payouts.
A client’s payment failed. What do I do?
- Try a different card or update expiry.
- Complete any 3D Secure prompt.
- You can accept cash as a backup and mark paid.
Appointments
How do I cancel a client’s appointment?
- Open the appointment → Cancel Appointment.
- Choose whether to refund or keep deposit (per policy).
A client didn’t show up. What now?
- Open appointment → Mark as No-Show.
- Deposit/no-show fee is processed automatically if set.
How do I block time off?
- Go to your calendar.
- Click/drag to create a block.
- Select “Personal Time” or “Break”.

How do I reset my password?
- Click Forgot Password on login page.
- Check your email for reset link (expires in ~1 hour).
How do I update my bank account?
- Go to Settings → Payments.
- Click Update Payment Details; this opens Stripe to edit bank info.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription; account remains active until period end.
