Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Stripe Onboarding Link Expired
- Generate a new link in Settings → Payments.
- Confirm email and business details in Stripe before retrying.
Payout Missing
- Check payout schedule (daily/weekly) and recent holds in Stripe.
- Verify bank account is verified; update if needed.
Booking Page Shows 404
- Confirm tenant slug/domain is correct.
- If custom domain recently updated, allow DNS propagation (up to 24h).
- Ensure at least one service and working hours are configured.
Can’t Save Services
- Check for required fields (name, duration, price).
- Ensure duration and price are greater than zero.
Credits Not Updating
- Refresh the page; credits auto-update every few seconds.
- If still stale, log out/in. If blocked, buy a pack or contact support.
AI Feature Unavailable
- Ensure you have credits and your plan allows AI (Starter/Pro/Collective).
- If credits > 0 and still blocked, try again in a few minutes; contact support if persists.
SMS Not Sending
- Check credit balance (SMS consumes credits).
- Verify phone number format; avoid short codes.
Walk-In Payment Failed
- Try another card or accept cash; ensure internet connection is stable.
- If card fails, capture decline reason and retry once.
App Feels Slow
- Check network connection; try another browser.
- Close extra tabs; if still slow, contact support with timestamp and page URL.
