Instagram booking setup

Let clients book directly from Instagram by adding your Bloomber booking link.

Requirements​

  • Instagram Business or Creator account
  • Facebook Page connected to Instagram
  • Active Bloomber booking page
  1. Go to Admin -> Integrations -> Instagram
  2. Copy your booking link
  3. Use your custom domain if available

Profile action button (best)​

  1. Open Instagram -> Edit Profile
  2. Tap Action Buttons
  3. Select Book Now
  4. Choose Custom link (or "Other")
  5. Paste your booking link
  1. Edit your profile
  2. Paste the booking link in the Website field
  3. Add a CTA in your bio (example: "Book at the link below")

Story link​

  1. Create a story
  2. Add the Link sticker
  3. Paste your booking link

Track Instagram bookings​

Add UTM parameters to measure performance:

https://yourshop.com/book?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=profile

Discovery Analytics will show bookings with source INSTAGRAM.
