Wallet Pass Guide (Apple + Google)

Wallet passes give your clients a fast way to reopen receipts and rebook.

Add to Apple Wallet​

  1. Open your receipt link.
  2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet.
  3. Confirm the save action.

Add to Google Wallet​

  1. Open your receipt link.
  2. Tap Save to Google Wallet.
  3. Confirm in Google Wallet.

Why this helps​

  • Faster repeat visits (clients can reopen receipt details quickly).
  • Easy rebooking path from the pass.
  • Better recall for loyalty and referral actions.

Troubleshooting​

  • If the wallet button is missing, the shop may have wallet passes disabled.
  • If save fails, update your phone OS and try again.
  • If needed, ask the shop to resend the receipt link.
