How to View Your Receipt

If your shop uses Bloomber receipts, you can open your receipt from the text or email sent after payment.

Open your receipt​

  1. Tap the receipt link from your text message or email.
  2. Review your service details, payment total, and tip.
  3. Use the buttons on the page to:
    • book your next appointment
    • leave a review
    • save your receipt to your wallet (if available)
  • Ask your barber or shop owner to resend the receipt.
  • Double-check that you opened the full link (not a shortened preview).
  • Try opening the link in your mobile browser directly.

If your receipt says expired​

Receipt links can expire after a period of time. If that happens, contact the shop and ask for a new receipt link.
