Protect your time and revenue from missed appointments.
Deposits
- Collect a deposit for first-time clients or repeat no-shows (common: 50% of service).
- Deposits apply to the final bill if they arrive; forfeited if they don’t.
No-Show Fees
- Charge a fee when a client misses without notice.
- Set the amount in your settings; processed via Stripe.
Marking a No-Show
- Open the appointment in your calendar.
- Click Mark as No-Show.
- The system charges the no-show fee or forfeits the deposit (if configured).
Repeat Offenders
- After multiple no-shows, require a deposit for all future bookings.
- Optionally block booking after a threshold until reviewed.
Client Communication
- Automated emails/SMS can notify clients about fees.
- Keep policy visible on your booking page and confirmation messages.
