No-Show Policy

Protect your time and revenue from missed appointments.

Deposits

  • Collect a deposit for first-time clients or repeat no-shows (common: 50% of service).
  • Deposits apply to the final bill if they arrive; forfeited if they don’t.

No-Show Fees

  • Charge a fee when a client misses without notice.
  • Set the amount in your settings; processed via Stripe.

Marking a No-Show

  1. Open the appointment in your calendar.
  2. Click Mark as No-Show.
  3. The system charges the no-show fee or forfeits the deposit (if configured).

Repeat Offenders

  • After multiple no-shows, require a deposit for all future bookings.
  • Optionally block booking after a threshold until reviewed.

Client Communication

  • Automated emails/SMS can notify clients about fees.
  • Keep policy visible on your booking page and confirmation messages.
