Setting Up Auto-Refill

Auto-refill buys credits automatically before your balance runs out.

How It Works​

  1. Choose a refill pack (example: BC_GROWTH)
  2. Set a threshold balance (example: 500 BC)
  3. Set a monthly cap (maximum number of refills per month)
  4. Save settings

When balance drops below the threshold, Bloomber charges your tenant's default payment method and adds credits automatically.

Safety Controls​

  • Monthly cap: Limits how many auto-refills can happen each month (default: 3)
  • Cooldown window: Prevents rapid repeated charges
  • Refill history: Tracks prior refill events for transparency
  • Easy disable: Toggle off at any time

Setup Steps​

  1. Open Credits in the owner portal
  2. In Auto-Refill, toggle it on
  3. Select your preferred pack
  4. Choose threshold and monthly cap
  5. Click Save Settings
  • Threshold: 500 BC
  • Monthly cap: 3 refills
  • Pack: BC_GROWTH for most SMS-active shops

Troubleshooting​

If auto-refill does not trigger:

  • Confirm a default payment method is on file
  • Confirm auto-refill is enabled
  • Check that monthly cap has not been reached
  • Check credit history for recent refill attempts
