Receipt Analytics helps you measure whether receipts drive repeat business.
Open the dashboard
Go to Analytics → Receipts.
Core metrics
- Receipts sent: total delivered receipts in the selected period.
- Opened online: percent of delivered receipts opened on the microsite.
- Rebooked from receipt: rebooking conversion tied to receipt interactions.
- Reviewed via receipt: review conversion tied to receipt interactions.
Wallet adoption
Wallet Adoption shows how many clients saved your pass:
- total clients
- clients with wallet pass
- Apple vs Google split
Rebooking sources
Top Rebooking Sources shows what drove bookings (for example, receipt CTA vs wallet push).
Smart follow-up results
This section tracks:
- reminders sent
- rebookings generated
- review nudges sent
- reviews collected
Use these metrics to tune your reminder settings and custom message strategy.
