Receipt Analytics Guide (Owner)

Receipt Analytics helps you measure whether receipts drive repeat business.

Open the dashboard

Go to Analytics → Receipts.

Core metrics

  • Receipts sent: total delivered receipts in the selected period.
  • Opened online: percent of delivered receipts opened on the microsite.
  • Rebooked from receipt: rebooking conversion tied to receipt interactions.
  • Reviewed via receipt: review conversion tied to receipt interactions.

Wallet adoption

Wallet Adoption shows how many clients saved your pass:

  • total clients
  • clients with wallet pass
  • Apple vs Google split

Rebooking sources

Top Rebooking Sources shows what drove bookings (for example, receipt CTA vs wallet push).

Smart follow-up results

This section tracks:

  • reminders sent
  • rebookings generated
  • review nudges sent
  • reviews collected
