What are smart reminders?​

Smart reminders are follow-up messages sent after visits to help clients return and review.

Which reminders are available?​

  • Rebooking reminders
  • Loyalty milestone reminders
  • Win-back reminders for dormant clients
  • Review nudges

How often are reminders sent?​

Bloomber applies cooldown and monthly caps to avoid over-messaging.

  • Global cooldown between reminders
  • Type-specific cooldowns
  • Monthly max per client (configurable in settings)

Do reminders use BC credits?​

  • Wallet push reminders consume BC credits.
  • SMS reminders consume BC credits.
  • Email delivery does not consume BC for TX follow-ups.

Can I disable certain reminder types?​

Yes. In Settings → Receipts, toggle each reminder type independently.

What if I don’t have enough credits?​

Bloomber skips paid channels gracefully. The system logs the skipped attempt and continues without breaking delivery.
