Receipt Settings Guide (Owner)
Use Receipt Settings to control how clients receive receipts and reminders.
Open settings
- Sign in as shop owner.
- Go to Settings → Receipts.
Delivery channels
- Email receipts: sends a branded email receipt.
- SMS receipts: sends a receipt link by text (uses BC credits).
- Apple Wallet / Google Wallet: shows one-tap save buttons on receipts.
Smart follow-up controls
You can turn each follow-up type on or off:
- Rebooking reminders
- Loyalty milestone alerts
- Win-back reminders
- Review nudges
You can also set the monthly max notifications per client.
Branding and copy
- Add an optional custom message (up to 200 characters).
- The preview card shows how your receipt branding will look to clients.
Save changes
Click Save settings to publish updates. Changes are versioned and applied to new receipts.
